In this picture, Lot 15 is right on the corner of the intersection where the Renaker Mortuary would be built a few years after this picture was taken. Going north from there are Lots 14 and 13 and then Palm Avenue coming into the picture on the right with the Woman's Club on the corner of S. Myrtle and Palm. The large oak tree in the center of the three lots managed to stay standing until the 1950s when it was taken out along with the other building around it.
